French doors open to a walk-out balcony with gulf views. The kitchen has stainless-steel Dacor appliances including dishwasher, microwave drawer, refrigerator and an under counter icemaker. Beautiful marble counter tops heighten the beauty of the room. The dining area seats twelve people with a dining table which seats eight and bar which seats four. Down the hall, just off the living area, is a tranquil powder room.  Additionally, there is a convenient king bedroom with a private bath across from the elevator and stairs. A small balcony is on the back of the home.

​A generous king master en suite is located on the third floor.  In addition to walk in closets, flat screen television, and an expansive bathroom, French doors open onto a balcony which spans the width of the home. Across from the king master is another king bedroom with a private bathroom and French doors opening to the balcony.  The third floor accommodates the laundry room with a large washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
